Building the city we deserve.
After years standing up for our community as a citizen, I'm ready to stand up for our community as a commissioner.

2024 Johnson City Citizen Survey
Our community deserves better.
Neighbors feel unheard, and it's time to address it.

The Platform
Three priorities. Real results.
1. Rebuild Trust
Ask the uncomfortable questions, host resident roundtables, and proactively seek input on the decisions that impact you. The community will have a seat at the table.

2. Strengthen Small Business
Data driven decisions that support local ownership, local success, and local identity.
3. Address Housing Costs
Real oversight on Short Term Rentals, emphasis on Tennessee affordable housing initiatives, and a mission to keep the pathway to homeownership obtainable for working families.
Track Record
A citizen who shows up. Every time.
I am a community advocate first. Always have been, always will be.

Educated voters and rallied community voices against four transparency-reducing Charter Amendments. All four amendments were rejected.

Bitcoin Mining Awareness and Response
Spoke to residents, met with Commissioners, and stood with the Coalition against Bitcoin Mining to prevent the construction of a 25-45MW mining facility on Buffalo Mountain. The city entered a 1-year moratorium on Data Center build-outs and pledged to rewrite ordinances.
Community Survey - Leak
Published the 2024 Community Survey results, a tri-annual taxpayer funded survey that the city quietly declined to publish. Two weeks later, the city reluctantly released the results to media.
Bar Hours Ordinance - Leak
Published city emails outlining the details of the city's Bar Hours ordinance, giving businesses and residents an additional week to prepare a response.
Community Town Hall
Negotiated in good faith with the city, community leaders, and active voices to facilitate real dialogue on unscripted questions as moderator of our first Community Town Hall.

Bitcoin Mining - Closing the Loop
Red-lined the proposed Bitcoin Mining ordinance changes, ensuring maximum community protection from harmful enterprises.
